My story: Once upon a time, taking up space was a shaky experience
Most people do not believe me when I say that I got stuck in freeze when my blog would hit 100 followers when blogging was a thing in 2010. I remember canceling a facebook group when it went from 20 members to 80 over a night.
I was afraid to go live on instagram, it was a major deal to start my first podcast.Â
And now, I've been on TV several times talking about money, I speak about spirituality and energy work on social media, I have a comedy account where my characters goes viral. In this Audacia Space program, I'll teach you how to break through your authenticity and visibility blocks, and use my energetic skills to support you along the way.
How you do anything is how you do everything.
I wouldn't speak up in my relationships, I would rather hide, than being uncomfortable. "What if people think I'm to spiritual/woo woo" had me hiding in many settings. "What if he will leave me?" made me compromise to much in my relationships.
In this 3 month journey we will work on how you show up in life, in your relationships and in your public life, to expand you in to your most safe and creative expressive version of you.
